    1. Report from Clerk-Treasurer regarding the meetings to be set-up with the Ontario Provincial Police and the Ministry of Natural Resources.

    2. To pass a motion that Council hereby enters into a partnership with the Annual Aboriginal Festival Committee to show their support for the festival.

    3. To review the Application for Consent to Sever previously submitted to council by Marie Cliché..

    4. To pass a motion to send a registered letter to Mr. & Mrs. Richard Nash of 17 Second Avenue, Larder Lake that they will not be allowed to position the portable basketball net on the street in front of their home as it is causing a safety hazard to all of the children in the neighborhood due to the increased traffic going to and from the Raven Beach Park

    5. To discuss the request of Mr. Don Lavigne to purchase the laneway running parallel to Highway 66 and Mr. Don Labbe’s request that the Township maintain ownership of the laneway.

  9. New Business
    1. Request from Diane Sullivan to purchase of lease the strip of land parallel to the east boundary of their property for the recreational use, i.e. plant trees, picnic table, fencing, storage shed, etc.

    2. Set date for next Council Meeting

    3. Pass By-law to Confirm Proceedings of Council
