1. Jim Bradley, Minister Responsible for Seniors
   Re: Declare June 2007 as Seniors’ Month.

   Council agreed to pass a motion at the April 24th, 2007 meeting to declare June 2007 Seniors’ Month.

2. St. Anthony Lake Cottagers Association
   Re: Request for grant money for roadwork.

   Council requested that the Clerk-Treasurer prepare and send a letter advising the St. Anthony Lake Cottages Association that their request

Report of Committee:

1. Youth Centre: Councilor, Patricia Bodick reported an increase in attendance since the open house was held. She reported that a couch has been donated to the center and that donations of other equipment would be appreciated..

2. Other: Reeve, John Roddick reported that he would be attending the CMHC course on April 26th, 2007 and invited other councilors who would be interested in attending same.

2. To pass a motion to remove Mike Jacques as signing authority for the Royal Bank

   That Council hereby approves to remove Mike Jacques as signing authority for the Royal Bank.

   Motion #: 4 was abandoned after discussion when council determined that Mike Jacques would remain as a signing authority for the Royal Bank to provide a second signature in the event that the Clerk-Treasurer is not available to provide a signature on a cheque.

3. To pass a motion to have a Royal Bank Business Visa issued in the name of the Clerk-Treasurer.
